Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and card through JIM are available directly at checkout for listed-price items. Payment details are entered with the payment provider.

How much are T-shirts and custom orders?
Catalog T-shirts are $17.99 for the listed design and print option. Other garments show their prices on each product page. Custom designs, bulk orders, extra print locations, and additional size requests are quoted separately. Message Eric for a quote before ordering custom work.
How much is shipping?
Buyer pays $7.50 shipping per order. No free shipping. Shipping for other orders is confirmed before payment.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. Choose local pickup or drop-off in the ordering form. We’ll arrange the Billerica-area location, time, and any drop-off charge before payment.
When will my order be ready?
Every order is made to order. Include your deadline in the notes; Eric confirms availability and your production or delivery estimate before payment.
Can I request another size or color?
Yes. Text Eric or include your request in the order notes. Some larger sizes and custom work need a separate quote. Availability is confirmed first.
What if I need a change or have a problem?
